Michael Kalisa is a Rwandan lawyer with more than twenty years of professional legal experience in Rwanda and the greater East African Region. 

 

Mr. Kalisa got his Bachelors of Law from the Université Libre de Kigali (ULK) and a Masters of Law from Pacific McGeorge School of Law in California, USA.
